  1. Please Note: Owner is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage of the vehicle or death. Customer is solely responsible for any theft, loss, damage to the vehicle, accident, or death.
  2. If you wish to extend your booking, you must inform us at least 12 hours before and pay the subscription fees in advance. Otherwise, Rs. 2000/- will be charged per day or deducted from your security deposit.
  3. Security deposit refund timelines (post-trip completion) are:
    • Less than Rs. 5000/-: Refund in 15 Days
    • Rs. 5000/-: Refund in 7 Days
    • Rs. 10000/-: Refund in 3 Days
    Note: Deductions/adjustments may extend the refund by 2 more days. Failure to refund in the given timeline will result in Rs. 50/- per day as compensation. No refund in case of damages, wear & tear, accidents, scratches, challans, or over-speeding.
    If the customer wants to repair the car themselves, it must be done at an authorised service center. Idle days will be charged to the customer.
  4. If the customer ends the trip early, no refund for unused rental days will be provided.
  5. Extra hour charges: Rs. 300/- per hour for all cars.
  6. If customer is unreachable (10+ calls, switched off, out of network, no message reply), company has full rights to tow the vehicle after trip end time. Security deposit will be forfeited.
  7. Note: FASTag amount is non-refundable.
  8. Legal action will be taken if any customer is found involved in illegal activities. Responsibility lies solely with the customer.
  9. Drink and drive is strictly prohibited.
  10. Customer must not store or carry hazardous, objectionable, or illegal items in the car.
  11. In case a spare tyre is used, the customer is responsible for repairing/replacing it. Otherwise, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
  12. Speed limit: Max 105 KMPH on highways and 60 KMPH in cities. Fine of Rs. 3000/- applies for overspeeding even if challan is not issued.
  13. Please do not smoke inside the vehicle.
  14. Payments must be made to the official company account. If paying in cash, always ask for a receipt. The company is not liable for any payment made outside these channels.
  15. Washing charges are mandatory for all bookings.
  16. If a customer threatens company staff, the company reserves the right to file a police complaint.
  17. It is the customer's responsibility to read these terms and conditions. Excuses like “I didn’t read” will not be entertained.
